Several times rejected paper ( Is there an alternative to ageing and death?) was finally  published in the journal of American geriatric society in 2010. Failure is the real stepping stone to success! Many other failure (error) stories which  were rarely  discussed and exposed, were  presented during  the oration (untold experience) by the author of 'eye doctor out of the box'. From errors and mistakes  we learn a lot.

 To err is human ............ Do  gods commit errors? what are miscarriages and congenital anomalies?

 According to evolutionary developmental biologist  Sean B  Carroll " Look around you at all the beauty,  complexity, and variety of life , we live in a world of mistakes, governed by chance" 

The most important failure story in human physiology/pathology seems to be cancer!I feel that cancer is an error of asexual reproductive in humans. There are several sexual reproductive errors in humans. And errors like molar pregnancy donot have an embryo.
